Mr. Jimmy is an incredible driver! So professional and gracious with a warm and welcoming personality.
On time, door to door friendly driver and gate attendant.
Quick easy to use app & me & tech usually have issues. None here. Quick pick up & drop off. Friendly drivers who are helpful!
good shuttle service, reasonable pricing
I like being picked up but the shuttle at my car and returned to my car. I am not walking in a parking garage by myself.
I was very confident about leaving my car. They picked me up at my car and transportation to the airport was very pleasant. I will use the Spot to park my car on my next trip.
I feel safe being dropped off right next my car, especially when I get back late at night.
Easy and convenient. Loved that my car was secure 24 hours a day and under cover so upon returning I did not get in a sweltering car.
Always great service. Drivers are very friendly and helpful. Very efficient - never have to wait long.
It was easy to navigate the app and reserve a spot. The service on both arrival and when I returned from my trip was great! Prompt, friendly & courteous. Will definitely use again !
The drivers are so friendly and helpful. One comment, when someone is taking their time getting out of their car and getting their luggage and not in a hurry at all, I think the driver could speak up and say something like "another bus will be here in a few minutes to get you." We waited several minutes for folks who were in no hurry at all.
Never had to wait more than a few minutes at the airport for a bus. However it is a little frustrating that there is not a specific slot for each parking bus. Dozens of people are standing there waiting and when one bus pulls up it's a mad dash to get on first. Could be much more organized if there was a sign for each parking service.
Always easy to use and very convenient
