Friendly staff. When I parked, it was snowing and didn’t see any buses. So, I walked down to main roadway in the self-park lot and kept walking until I got to the main building and hopped on a bus there.
Not a big deal, I’ll be back. Could be an issue for some people.

I like that a b us is ready to take us when we arrive. I like that the driver from Century Parking called to let you know that we were waiting at 1:30AM because nobody picked up your phone and I don't have the app nor do I want another download.

Reasonable prices for covered parking. Great service to and from the airport, especially to the airport. Never have to wait long. Staff is friendly. Payment is easy. Most of the buses could use new shock absorbers.

I appreciate being greeted when I arrive, makes me feel comfortable in case I should have an issue entering and where I should park. I like being given the parking location card. I also like seeing the van always there when I arrive, I never have to wait, that’s awesome. Everyone is extremely professional and nice, thanks a lot, greatly appreciated!
