Limited wait time for a van to arrive upon my return; plus the driver brought me right to my car and helped unload my luggage from the van and get it into my car. Can’t say enough good things. Our flight was cancelled and I had prepaid for a week and a half. So we rescheduled and I called you. We stayed a few more days. The person on phone was very nice and said not to worry, you can pay the extra when you check out. She said if our battery is dead, they will jump it. Really eased my mind! Great customer service!
