Close to the airport. Shuttles to & from the airport were frequent so I didn’t have to wait very long.
When entering there are signs directing me where to park. The driver picks me up fairly quickly to take me to airport. Usually the driver is kind and polite. Helps with luggage. Which there was an app showing when the driver will be arriving to the airport for pick up.

The lot was easy to find. The shuttle was waiting for us at our parking spot. I opened the the back so my husband could get our luggage. Once I got out I realized the driver had removed our luggage and it was already in the shuttle!
Upon exiting on our return the attendant was very patient and helped me to exit and offered us a nice cold bottle of water!

The parking spot is great. Easy to book and easy to check in and check out. Whether you get there at noon or 4 am the booth workers and drivers are always nice. Very convenient and fast to leave your car and make your flight on time. My only complaint from the last time I parked here a few weeks ago was that it was supposed to be covered parking and the section I was in looked like it was damaged and was not covered. I am hoping and assuming it was being worked on but I was not notified of that. Maybe I missed the update. Being picky with that complaint since everything else is always great.

Super convenient and a great value
I love the convenience and location and the app -- I love all things except having to wait for a driver. I used to park her when we lived here a few years ago and the shuttles seemed to be always waiting and ready. Now it seems the wait at the garage and the airport is so much longer.
