After being stranded for 30 mins at 1am by another service I decided to pay a bit more for the parking spot. I will never go back. I know I can get a shuttle very quickly and dropped right at my car. I tell everyone to switch. The app is easy to use, and love earning free parking.

This was my first time with Parking Spot and the entire experience was fantastic! The shuttle drivers were very courteous and helped with the bags (we were 5 with two kids and a grandma). The check-in/check-out experience was smooth (I had the app on my mobile).

Improvements in the shuttles and it seems to be improving with the timing and efficiency of pickups and drop offs. I am a Platinum member, so I use this facility a lot for my frequent business trips, so I believe I can speak with some credibility on the recent changes.

Easy to get too, drivers courteous, handled all our bags. Upon return. It was late evening and we had a minimal wait for a van. Would definitely use again!
