Convenience- easy to get in and out of location on Washington st. I don’t have to call to say “I’m ready to be picked up” - because you have shuttles going all the time! Drivers are very pleasant and pick and drop us off at our vehicles

The Parking Spot is the perfect place to leave your when traveling. They quickly pick you up and get you to your flight on time every time. They even have a free car wash when you from your journey. Staff is great and drivers go out of there way to help you with your luggage. Parking Spot is a secure well lighted area to leave your vehicle. I have used them in the past and will use them again future. Five stars!
The buses are right there to pick you up on both ends,, in the lot and at the airport when you arrive.
I love the ease of scheduling online and the fact that the shuttle meets you at your car and takes you right back to it when you return. It’s also so helpful when they get my bags from my car and load them onto the shuttle, and then unload them and put them back in my car when I arrive. Little things like this make all the difference for me!
Great staff from the drivers to staff on site. We made a mistake and put 9 am instead of 9 pm for arrival. As I was exiting after our trip my barcode wouldn’t let me exit. The onsite staff person was kind enough to try and figure out what happened. I had to pay for the day since I made the mistake booking my reservation am virus pm.
