Jerry is fantastic. The shuttle drivers have all been exceptional. I only had 1 issue during my visit the week of March 11 &12- since I drive a 2011 civic they left my lights on while the car was parked and then the battery was dead and needed to be jumped upon return.

Courteous drivers, usually very little waiting for a van
Usually a very convenient shuttle service from car to terminal & back again at IAH. Long wait lines and people circumventing the formed line in front of the driver were turnoffs on our most recent return trip. The driver let this couple that came from the opposite side of the line (that had about 20 people waiting) on the shuttle. He should have sent them to get in line. Also clearer markings or instructions for the different lot shuttle pick up points would be helpful. We know what to look for but many others didn’t.
