the drivers both coming and going were super helpful (I'm injured at the moment and needed help with bags I do not typically need) - and there was little wait on either end for a car to transport me to/from the airport.
The app is easy to use and I have never had to wait to be picked up in the self park lot. There are many vans so I never have to wait long to be picked up at the airport.

I don’t think I’ve waited more than 3 minutes for a shuttle, even when the pickup is BUSY. I always choose the premium part of the lot, and it’s worth the upcharge. Thanks for making it easy for me!

I like being dropped off and picked up at the airport. Luckily the last few times I have not had to wait long for a shuttle once landing at MSP airport. That is extremely nice. Only once when there was the switch from park n fly to the spot I had to wait over 30 minutes. The time waiting has improved 100 percent. Thank you.
