Kendrick was fast and professional and it all went very well.
The edges of the carpet along the walls didn't appear to get cleaned. Additionally, only the main area of the stairs was cleaned. Nothing around the spindles.
I like that several services are offered other than just carpet cleaning. I intend to look into these additional services.

Our tech was nice and explained the process to us well and everything but we were not impressed at all when our carpets finally dried. We added and paid for the additional additives he recommended and still did not see the results we expected from your company.
I like my clean carpets after you all have finished cleaning them. I like the clean smell.

I had a white ottoman shampooed and it looks worse than before it was cleaned. There were a couple spots on my carpet that were addressed. As the floor dried, they got much better than before they were cleaned, and are just as visible. After shampooing my daughter's room, knowing it needed to be deodorized from our dog having slept on there, the smell was worse! I honestly can't believe how it turned out. Very disappointed and frustrated.
HIGH QUALITY product and service! This is not the cheapest company on the market, but "you get what you pay for." If you pay a fair price, you should receive a fair product or service. Zerorez Boise did that for us this last week.

I have used ZeroRez for years on multiple homes and a large Retreart that we manage that caters to Corporate groups, Family Reunion and Church groups! I liked the technician Jackson. I don’t like other sales pitch though. I want them to come in and clean the carpet and not lecture me and he does that he just gets to work tells me what other offers you guys have, but isn’t pushy.
