I have used ZeroRez for years on multiple homes and a large Retreart that we manage that caters to Corporate groups, Family Reunion and Church groups! I love the process that ZeroRez uses and have always been happy with the result of their work. If there has ever been something that needed redoing they have been great to come back and get it right! I had just bought them this year & they look still dirty I said something & he said I’ll go back over them & the big one looks great the orher 3 look & are still DIRTY💔😩

It was the first time I had my stone tile cleaned. Zerorez did an awesome job, the tile looks new! I wish I’d done this years ago.

The technician seemed to rush through the job. He completed the 6 rooms in under 1.25 hours. The spots that were pointed out were not improved at all. Spots in the upstairs area were clearly not touched.

Carpet always looks great. Good customer service! One time, I spot cleaned with a brand name cleaner. The stain reappeared. When I treated the spot with Zerorez, it was gone forever. I use Zerorez for my personal carpet cleaner for my small studio. I love Zerorez!

My rug was still dirty afterwards. I went over it afterwards with a home cleaner and some hot water and tons of black water keeps coming out. It doesn’t look or smell fresh/clean.
We were very happy with our carpet cleaning this week. Our provider was very friendly and professional. He suggested an additional product to apply and we are very happy with that.
