Great customer service. Really clean carpets and friendly technicians.

First, I didn’t get a call back the first day I left a message, and the second time I called and got no answer, I just hung up. I could tell you must be short-staffed. The service person was personable, but there were some very wet spots left in the carpet . I had to press down folded towels to help absorb the extra water. I also put a fan in the largest room, but it took until the following morning for some areas to dry. It looked good immediately afterward, but then these extra wet spots and a few other areas dried with a brown tinge. Where the wand exited each of the the main rooms there were wet spots left on the adjoining tile floor. I cleaned that up. I think the operator should be equipped with absorbent mats or towels to put down at the room exits, as tile can also be slippery when wet. I think he must have been inexperienced, or in a hurry. I have referred you to my family members, so I’m concerned.

I am getting tile cleaning tomorrow, but I can’t risk a wet carpet tomorrow, as I have company coming. If spots are to be touched up, it will have to be another day.

I just wanted to let you know that we are quite pleased with our carpet cleaning experience and by the professionalism of Corbin. The carpets dried in a short amount of time without the familiar sticky or crunchy residue from other cleaners.

We spent 765 dollars to get the carpets cleaned. I wish that before the attempt was made to clean them the person had told us that it wasn't going to work. He worked so hard but the carpet was totally ruined. All the spots are showing the house STINKS and we are going to now have to tear out the carpet. Replace the carpet. So on top of everything else we have to spend between 5 and 10 thousand dollars to recarpet the house. We had our LV house done in the spring and he told us the animal spots wouldn't come out so I could have used the money on the purchase of the new carpet.

The products seem pricey, but I'm hoping they will work. Tried to get a stain out that showed up after the carpets were cleaned with the spot cleaner that I purchased. The spot cleaner did not work so I called back and Corbin came back and did a stain treatment and got it out. Had to pay another $20 for the stain treatment but if it doesn't come back I'm happy.

Your products clean the carpet well and it dries fairly quickly. We've never had a problem getting an appointment.

Pay better attention to the spots (stains) so you don't have to come back.

The ottoman which I had cleaned now has a seam on the skirt coming loose which was not that way before. I think probably that the vigor with which you have to use the tools to get something clean may be a little rough for some pieces of furniture.

Everything took quite a bit longer to dry than I was told. But over all it was a good job.

I believe you did a great job cleaning my carpets but I was not prepared for the expense nor that
If I wanted to add the protectant that it was not part of your service and also cost quite a bit.
I spent nearly $450 dollars and do not see a way that I can spend this much or more every year.

I thought the price for a single 10-12 bedroom was a bit steep...although I understand your costs to make a service call are the same whether its one room or five.

Zerorez has excellent customer service (First name removed Marie and Dave). The carpet cleaning went perfectly and it was nice to know they greener than most traditional carpet cleaners. We will definitely use them again.

Removing the dirty water to your van is why we like it and since Joe Prin recommended it , we felt we could trust these services. The young man was very professional and also answered our questions.

The use of a product that won't leave residue on our carpets. Leaving them clean longer.

Tech did a good job, but had no idea what offer I had been given. He asked if I had a Living Social coupon and I told him that his office did not tell me that I needed to buy one, that there was a promotion available and she would offer it to me. I accepted and appointment was booked. As a customer, that's all I need to know. Tech kept arguing with me to the point that I almost asked him to leave. Finally, he called his boss and came back in and said everything was fine. Then he spent the next 5 minutes telling me why I should not have gotten the offer and how their promotions work. I don't care about your office problems. Please just do a good job and stop talking!!!!!!!!!

Nick was great and helped me figure out what was best for my budget...lots of add ons made it a bit expensive though and that was a bit disappointing.
