Service was done well, professional, and quick.
I wasted $250 to get half my shower cleaned. The job was not fully completed and what was done, doesn't even look that great. Extremely disappointing.
Carpet has spots does not look like it has been cleaned. I am afraid my carpet has been ruined. The spots were not there before cleaning.

The carpet feels and smells very clean. The fibers actually dried rather stiff, but a trip around the room with the vacuum softened them up.
We were so surprised how quickly the carpet dried. There was no after musty odor, just a fresh clean smell. The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was pleasant and informative. We will use Zerorez again.
No chemical smells which is critical for me because of allergy issues; the service was excellent from the techs that were here. They were fast and thorough once they arrived.
Service and quality were excellent, the only reason I rated an 8 on recommending to friends or family is because of the cost factor. I wasn't upset about the price because I had a bunch of pet stain issues.
They are environmentally responsible and healthy and leave no chemicals behind. Corbin, the technician was knowledgeable and answered my questions. He was professional and did a good job.

Got to my home on time,worked quickly, got the job done well and most of the carpet was dry in about 9 hrs - tecs. were polite and professional
