The service tech was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He didn't waste any time and did a very thorough job. He recommended the fiber protector, which I had added. I will definitely use your services again. Thanks for the great job.
Your products clean the carpet well and it dries fairly quickly. We've never had a problem getting an appointment.
Pay better attention to the spots (stains) so you don't have to come back.
The ottoman which I had cleaned now has a seam on the skirt coming loose which was not that way before. I think probably that the vigor with which you have to use the tools to get something clean may be a little rough for some pieces of furniture.
Everything took quite a bit longer to dry than I was told. But over all it was a good job.

I spent nearly $450 dollars and do not see a way that I can spend this much or more every year.
I thought the price for a single 10-12 bedroom was a bit steep...although I understand your costs to make a service call are the same whether its one room or five.

Zerorez has excellent customer service (First name removed Marie and Dave). The carpet cleaning went perfectly and it was nice to know they greener than most traditional carpet cleaners. We will definitely use them again.
Removing the dirty water to your van is why we like it and since Joe Prin recommended it , we felt we could trust these services. The young man was very professional and also answered our questions.

Tech did a good job, but had no idea what offer I had been given. He asked if I had a Living Social coupon and I told him that his office did not tell me that I needed to buy one, that there was a promotion available and she would offer it to me. I accepted and appointment was booked. As a customer, that's all I need to know. Tech kept arguing with me to the point that I almost asked him to leave. Finally, he called his boss and came back in and said everything was fine. Then he spent the next 5 minutes telling me why I should not have gotten the offer and how their promotions work. I don't care about your office problems. Please just do a good job and stop talking!!!!!!!!!
Nick was great and helped me figure out what was best for my budget...lots of add ons made it a bit expensive though and that was a bit disappointing.

Very happy with the carpet cleaning service. Stains from my dog were removed. However, I thought you'd want to know that both times our cleanings were done, the technician sprayed something on our yard that burned our grass. Just wanted you to know for future reference. Thanks.
