The service was great...the carpet looked cleaner and newer than it has in a long time.
No harsh chemicals. Carpet was clean, bright and fresh smelling. Carpets dried quickly. Sebastian, our tech, was friendly, professional and on time.

The customer service was great, the two gentlemen who came to do the service were attentive and informative.
The technitions were courteous and quick, they explained everything they were doing and asked what I was looking to get out of my service. When they finished the went over my problem areas to show me how they came up. Zerorez was also very affordable and I don't really care about being chemical free but that was definitely a bonus I will absolutely use them in the future.
Technicians are knowledgeable and take the time to explain and answer questions. I like the feel and look of the carpet after a Zerorez cleaning, as opposed to traditional cleaning methods.

I like that no soap products are used. Customer service from tecnician was amazing.
Many stains still left in the carpet. Lots of water left on carpet. Urine smell still in carpet. Had another company come out today and redo those sections.

Not sure, better products? More thorough? Overall it was a good experience. Person who came to the house was very professional. The room we specifically detected odor, still has the even after paying extra for enzyme treatment Etc. results not as good as described. Also, was told carpets are left dry after treatments is over. Not a big deal but not accurate. Carpets are very wet after treatment :)
