Service was great. Carpets feel so clean and look clean. Cleaned our carpets, ceramic tile in kitchen, furniture, and a king size mattress. I am.so pleased with the end result!! Technician was so respectful.

Cleans well and excellent customer service
The product is great! I have an old off white carpet and Iām always so please how well it turns out. But just as important, your scheduler and technicians are fabulous. The person who cleaned my carpet this time was the best! He was willing to listen to my area of concerns and explained how he would handle the problem areas.
Thorough cleaning, much better than the last cleaners I had clean carpets. Def asking zerorez to come back to do more and on regular basis.
Any deals for multiple rooms?
I like the concept of cleaning with water instead of harsh chemicals. Zerorez has always done a fantastic job cleaning my carpets, and my cloth kitchen chairs.
Technician was nice and efficient. Only thing I'm not sold on is that the carpets seem crunchy.
The environmental safe product used, your excellent technicians . My old, tired rugs look almost new after Zerorez has been here

There was a sticky red candy still stuck to the carpet after cleaning.
Zerorez responded within 24 hours of placing my call to clean my carpets from a pet's accident. Really appreciated their promptness! Technician worked hard and was thorough! They have cleaned my carpet several times and I am always pleased with their work and product!

I have been using ZeroRez for many years. I am always pleased with the quality of the technicians work and with the results of the carpet cleaning. This time is an exception to that though! I am thrilled with Mike's work and what a great job he did! He was able to remove stains that I had given up on and the carpets look amazing! Please do everything you can to retain this excellent employee! I will be requesting him every time! He is pleasant, worked around everything else going on and did an excellent job!!

Friendly technician. Fast service
At first, I had a rough start with Zerorez. My technician CeCe called and I was told that the technicians were "double booked" today and they were going to be late to my appointment. I voiced my concerns about the late arrival and she offered another technician to come earlier. Jacob called me and was at my house within a half hour. I also found out that the "double booking" was due to a sick employee and another quitting that morning. Despite these challenges, Jacob and Zerorez rose to the occasion, showed up on time, took the time to discuss treatment options, and didn't make me feel rushed. He also did an amazing job cleaning the carpets and cleaning up after himself when the job was done. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks Zerorez.
Customer service was EXCELLENT from the first text message requesting a quote to the person I spoke to on the phone to the tech that cleaned our carrpets. Brian was very thorough both with the way he cleaned the carpet and in explaining the process, the cleaner he was using, etc. I really liked the fact that your product is safe and nontoxic while still leaving the carpets super clean.

I called right after the carpet cleaning appointment. Didn't receive a call back. The carpet wasn't very clean at all. It smelled and they cleaned more rooms than I ask for on my booking and charged me for those. Very unsatisfied

Very very expensive. Plus, very dirty afterward in select rooms where ducts were cleaned. Need a high powered vacuuming after service
Company speedily redid sofa cleaning.
Very different time than expected. Tech did let me know he was running behind. Very slow getting going, but seemed to do a good job cleaning. Used a guard to protect my door, however I had about 10 chips of pain to fix. He looked at it and said sometimes the guards just don't work!
