You do an amazing job every time and no harsh chemicals
Very professional. Easy to arrange appointment online. Cody, our tech, was thorough, informative and very polite. I’m sold on Zerorez because our carpets look amazing and they dried really fast. I’m telling my friends because our previous carpet cleaning company couldn’t get the traffic areas clean and basically said we were stuck with the gray shadow in the traffic areas. Zerorez cleaned them up perfectly!
The cleaner's van left oil stains on our driveway and on the street in front of our house.

I cleaned my carpet with you and a week later I spilled wine on the carpet. I called your company because you did such a great job cleaning and your customer service was impeccable. Granted I spilled the wine but to charge me over $100 to clean a wine spill was absolutely ridiculous. I will not use your company again and I will not recommend you to anyone else. I quit using Stanley Steemer because your cleaning was so much better and your customer service was so much better. I hope others read this and find out the all mighty dollar is so much better than treating your long time customer with a little more respect.

Tech left some spots of what looks like dirty water on the carpet around the back door. It’s pretty obvious now that it’s all dried.
the cost nearly doubled during the process
Cody was friendly and explained how the carpets would be cleaned. It took a while as we had quite a few puppy pee stains that needed to be taken care of. It was an hour before they started cleaning. No pressure from Cody to upgrade the pet product or get the stain protection. I was glad to hear he uses his own company's product on his carpets at home. Thank Cody. We'll be calling you guys next time. The carpet dried super fast and no soapy residue!
