The service was done well. My couches are very nicely cleaned which is great. The technician spilled some fluid on my rug and now the rug is really yellowed… not super thrilled about that. The service ended up taking much longer then expected - another technician showed up on my back porch and started talking to the technician that was currently working at my house. They were talking about my couches and how big they were and how they needed to charge more money. The technician that showed up never introduced himself - he just walked into my back yard. They were also talking about my stuff and how hard the job was right in front of us .. even my six year old and eight year old kids were not impressed. It seemed pretty unprofessional. The technician “Ash” was a very nice kid and worked really hard and he did a great job overall but I was unimpressed by the other thing and that would definitely affect my willingness to use you again.

Logan was a great service technician and was able to get out all the stains. He wasn’t pushy when recommending additional services. The carpets look and smell great and were completely dry by early evening.
We are so happy with our carpets. They turned out so good. Even some stubborn stains came out.
I really like the tech who came out. He was helpful, careful, and I felt like I could trust him. This is my first time using the service and it has been less than 24 hours since it was completed, but so far we are happy. Our carpets are old and we knew there would be some things that would not come up, but overall we are happy. Time will tell in the next week how well this works. So far we would use them again.

Our technician was prompt and detail-focused. Protectors were placed over floor trim corners and all our rooms were thoroughly cleaned, including a Kingsize fabric headboard. Our nine year old carpet looks new again and, as I’m writing this several days out from the cleaning, both my husband and I remain thrilled with the results. We plan to have Zerorez Boise back on a regular and permanent basis.
Our service rep, Seth, was on time and very friendly. He worked efficiently and gave us some tips on what to do in replacing our furniture. The process for scheduling through payment all went very seamlessly.
Cory did an excellent and very through job on all the carpets in my home. He did not rush for which I was very happy. I highly recommend Zerorez.

The “coupon” in the mail with other coupons wasn’t a discount at all. That was purposeful deception. The cleaner young man was fine.
There were some stains that I feel could have been discussed before or during the cleaning. After everything was packed up the technician ‘those are some tough stains, maybe next time I will bring other stuff to get them out’.

Jacob did a super job. Really went the extra mile taking time to get the carpets as clean as he possibly could. We are very pleased with the work.
Levi was extremely polite and tried his best. We both agreed that my house didn't smell like urine, but I told him that I had a cat and and older dog that had seizures. He offered to use the black light and he did indeed find several spots both from the cat and dog. There were a few spots upstairs but the majority was in the closet under the stairs. And it was significant, I was shocked, because it didn't have a smell and I suspected that was because we periodically spot treated the area while she was living here and assuming she missed her litter box. Boy, were we wrong. He quoted me a price to remove the spots/odor. I asked if it would be worth treating or if I should just replace it. He assured me that he could treat the areas and that he would need to go over them many, many times, while smelling each area along the way to be sure the smell was gone. What that did was resaturate and ignite the dried urine and the smell was overwhelming! I woke up a 2am with my eyes and throat burning. The carpet was sodden because of all the passes in an attempt to remove the odor. I immediately ripped out the carpet to find the subfloor was also soaked. I paid to have to odor removed and had i known this was going to happen, I would have rather taken out the dry carpet and replaced it and saved my subfloor. Now, I not only have to replace the carpet, which should have been recommended, but not my subfloor. And I paid to have the odor removed with assurance. My entire weekend ruined from the newly released urine smell. Every person that has come over can smell it at the door. Except Levi, he did ackowledge that the torn out carpet did 100% have urine odor still on it. Again, Levi was just doing his job with the equipment he has. But with his experience he never should have proceeded with treating that area and assure me that it would be odor free due to the subtopical treatment. Nobody could achieve that, there was just too much. I've never experienced damage like that to carpet, I was trusting the professional on what would the best choice. What a huge mistake.
Easy to make an appointment. The tech was careful to not cause damage to furniture and walls. Thoroughly cleaned carpet.
Cody was friendly and explained how the carpets would be cleaned. It took a while as we had quite a few puppy pee stains that needed to be taken care of. It was an hour before they started cleaning. No pressure from Cody to upgrade the pet product or get the stain protection. I was glad to hear he uses his own company's product on his carpets at home. Thank Cody. We'll be calling you guys next time. The carpet dried super fast and no soapy residue!
