I don’t know why it says my score is “7” because I clicked on the “2.” This service didn’t go well. I felt like the tech was trying to upsell me the whole time & the carpets were sopping wet hours later. The appointment was over around 2:30 PM & by 11 PM the carpets were still so soaked that we could put a towel on the carpet & it would get saturated. It was almost like pools of water. There was a spot in an upstairs bedroom where we paid extra to have it treated because of dog urine, and now it just smells worse - like wet dog urine that’s just been sitting there. We’ve made an appointment with another company to get that taken care of. Lastly, the tech left a spray bottle behind in our front porch that leaked & left a powdery white ring on the concrete. Our first service with Zerorez was great so we’re really surprised by how poorly this one went.
Mike and his Team were great, as always, and look forward to them coming back again...his patience and expertise are welcome in our home!

Great Service.
Purchased some off white couches on FB marketplace and hired Zerorez to clean them. They were very responsive and customer service was excellent. When the stains didn’t come out the first time, the owner himself came and cleaned the couches. He made the couches literally look brand new. I was blown away by the results and his concern to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I’ve used soft & safe & zero chem in the past and they were okay but Zerorez gave unbeatable results.
No residue in nontoxic.

Setting up the appointment was super easy. Next the communication from the service tech that came to my house was outstanding. He called to ask if he could come a little earlier than my scheduled time and gave a very accurate approximation on his arrival time. His in person communication was excellent and he did a super job cleaning our carpets. Overall it was a very good experience.

Jacob and Ash did a great job on my carpet. Jacob was very professional and very polite. He explained thoroughly the cleaning process, drying time, and to vacuum after my carpet is dry. Will definitely request for him to clean my carpet again.
There was a noticeable smell when they were done, and still is. A deodorizer of some sort should have been used or recommended.
Service was great and carpet turned out wonderful. Stellar results!
