Did an amazing job at cleaning the carpet

I already said in a review. The tactics used for pricing was deceiving. I live on a pension and was blindsided by the fee doubling. I was forthright stating I am a dog sitter and have pet stains. When I asked for a quote I should have been given a full spectrum of options and total costs for those options before hiring you. I was in total shock. I informed my realtor.

This service didn’t go very well. I felt like the tech was trying to upsell me the whole time & the carpets were sopping wet hours later. The appointment was over around 2:30 PM & by 11 PM the carpets were still so soaked that we could put a towel on the carpet & it would get saturated. It was almost like pools of water. There was a spot in an upstairs bedroom where we paid extra to have it treated because of dog urine, and now it just smells worse - like wet dog urine that’s just been sitting there. We’ve made an appointment with another company to get that taken care of. Lastly, the tech left a spray bottle behind in our front porch that leaked & left a powdery white ring on the concrete. Our first service with Zerorez went great so we were surprised by how poorly this one went.
Carpet has residual spots.
Dining table chairs has residual spots.
Sofa has spots on armrests, back and cushions.
One of the carpet technicians reported that he is on probation with the company- how can I feel comfortable having someone in my home when I know that about them? Maybe this is a reason why the cleaning job was less than satisfactory?
The carpet was a mess due to our new puppy. But thanks to Marlin and the cleaning products he used it looks brand new.
It was fast, through and the carpet is so clean. The guy that cleaned the carpets was very personable and did a great job. I like that natural compounds are used rather than harsh chemicals. I will be a repeat customer.

I have used Zerorez a number of times on listings of mine. They are always prompt and professional. They are now my "go to" carpet and flooring cleaning go to company.

I have tried to refer people to you but the feedback i get is that it's too pricey.
I have mentioned to reps at ZeroRez that I get email specials for 3 rooms $99 from my Vegas guy but Boise doesn't offer those specials. Weird, because cost of living in Vegas is getting really high

I called Zerorez to clean the carpets after my brother and his dog visited and the dog left urine spots in two of the bedrooms. We chose Zerorez because of the ad which indicated urine removal, it had a coupon which was helpful for those of us on Social Security, and because our neighbors had also used your services. Unfortunately, our experience was not what we expected. Our technician was a very polite and well-mannered young man who was late due to a problem with his equipment and was overanxious about the tight schedule he was expected to work under. His equipment was malfunctioning, thereby leaving carpets very wet. After 16 hours the carpets were still wet. Our technician also told us the urine spots had been taken care of with the spray solution he applied prior to cleaning. After he left we could clearly tell this was not the case.
I called the company the next morning to let them know that the 4-6 hour drying time was not accurate and that my carpets were still very wet. Another technician was sent, who was again, very polite and courteous. He was only going to set up fans, but two of the rooms were still very wet and I asked him to do an extraction as well as the fans. He agreed to do so. The fans were left on all night and (after moving them around) the carpets were finally dry. We vacuumed all the rooms and again were disappointed in urine spots still showing. We do have a vapor barrier on our pad, so the only thing I can attribute the continued problem to is faulty equipment that lacked good suction or too much water which caused the urine spots wick. We are disappointed in the results. Upon letting the company know the urine spots still existed, we were told that another $200 on top of the $200+ we had already spent might solve the problem. Unfortunately we can’t spend that kind of money on a maybe.
They are simply the best! Keegan did a thorough job on all carpet and an area rug, was kind and polite. Corner guards and fans to dry were also used. He texted to let me know he was on the way which helped my time management on a busy day. He’s the best tech I’ve had in the many years using ZeroRes. I also spoke with Aiden in the office three times; he was courteous and helpfulness each time. Reasonable rates and excellent service - I highly recommend them.
