I have always liked the products because they do an excellent job cleaning the carpets and they are left fresh and soft. However, this last time I was disappointed with the service..no information was given about their other cleaning services, which was very unusual and the serviceman was not prepared. He brought no towels and consequently, left water spots all over my hardwood floors.

Everything was very good ! The tech was very professional and did a great job. Your company needs to be transparent with “ Total charges “ . The experience reminded me of a car lot bait and switch. My estimate was @ $ 160.00 and I added stairs and a candle wax stain and my total was $ 328.00. Just sayin………..
the guy who came to clean was amazing. He helped us make up our mind and helped above what was called for, plus just a really nice man. Personality was great as well as knowledge and explaining things to where we understood.

I think your service agent was polite and professional. The area we had treated specifically for a pet accident looks like the discoloration just spread about 3x larger and is now discolored in a larger area.
When you have up charges or additional charges you should review those before performing them as well in my opinion.
