I received a call before the person showed up at my home. He explained what he would be doing that day, how long it would take and how long to keep the furniture off the carpet.

The young man that came explained the service and what he would be doing in a professional way. Our carpet was not very dirty so it did not take long. He also told us what other services Zerorez can do.

The cleaning tech called me when he was 20 minutes away, and arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. He was pleasant and enthusiastic. The explanation of process and additional options were made clear by the tech. The cleaning experience was thorough and quick. Just over an hour for 4 rooms, a hall and a large master closet. Note that drying time, on a dry hot summer day, was quite a bit longer than I had perceived it would be. It took several hours to dry. I have a poly blend carpet. Nothing fancy. No wool. No pet, wine, coffee, coke, or other stubborn stains requiring extra applications.
The carpet was nicely clean when it finally dried. I revacuumed the next day and got a full receiving container of dirt and pet hair that had been pulled up (and dried) by the cleaning process.
I would highly recommend this company and this carpet cleaning service.
