Greg was phenomenal. The customer experience provided was the best I’ve ever had with any company. Greg is well educated on the products and services you provide, & highly effective at communicating his knowledge to me in an easily understood fashion. The quality of the carpet cleaning was great, & I know how pricing on additional services I will utilize in the future works. He’s friendly, informed, & I felt very comfortable having him in my home, not to mention he worked thoroughly, yet efficiently. There are many companies that may have been able to complete that actual work on par with zerores’s ability, but I’ll never know because of Greg. The experience he provided, & the trust he established with me will make me a repeat customer. I’m not sure if it’s an option, but I’d love to be able to request Greg for all of my future services. He was even good-hearted about my new dog giving the sniff test to him and his tools 😀
It was fast, easy and the service was great. I live in the third floor and he made it work with the truck instead of having to do the hand machine

cleaning crew very prompt, front desk kind and did a great job setting up appointment. Cleaning crew even came back to get a couple of spots that didn't move out! Did you know they can dye carpet spots...totally saved us so we didn't have to replace carpet when we moved. Love ZEROREZ!!
Great service but a lot of pushy up-sales. Final bill was $200 over online quote.

Carpets come out looking so good.
Using no soap = no residue
The carpet dries so much faster and it isn't crunchy once it dries. There is no chemical smell left behind and the carpet feels softer.
