Greg and Tyler were very professional and knowledgeable of the cleaning of our rugs. Our rugs look so clean. Any water that spilled onto our wood floors was immediately wiped up. They did a very neat job and cared that our house looked great when they were done. We would recommend ZeroRez services.

I like the quality of your cleaning and the courtesy of the young man that came and cleaned. I was a bit dismayed that he had not been vaccinated and would be in my house during this delta surge, but he was more than willing to wear a mask. Very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions.
I thought that Jordan did an excellent job treating the carpet in my spare bedroom! She was professional and thorough. I had several pet urine stains from the previous homeowners, and Jordan worked hard at treating the stained spots.

The technicians were polite and professional; they did good work and our carpets and couches look great. I do think your services are over-priced, which keeps us on an annual schedule instead of a semi-annual schedule.
