I live in a condo on the 10th floor. You didn’t tell me until the day you arrived there was an additional $100 fee. I indicated to your person on the phone I live in a condo on the 10 floor and she never mentioned a $100 fee.

We have a large area rug that is on hardwood floors and we did not know ahead of time that the rug could not be cleaned on the hardwood. It is too large for me to move outside by myself and too large for the tech to take with him, so the rug did not get cleaned. This was one of the main reasons we had you come as this rug needed to be cleaned. Also, we do not feel as though the carpet looks cleaner after spending half a day at home and quite a bit of money on the cleaning. We especially feel the high traffic areas (i.e. entrances into rooms) do not look any cleaner.
Always have liked Zerorez and how clean they leave the house. Wes did a great job at my son's apartment which had a very heavy traffic pattern in hallway/ entry area. Cleaned up nice.
The rep was very nice. The duct clean was not the best. The company needs to send out the proper equipment to do a fair job. The was only one attachment that was used to vacuum all the different size ducts. That did not do a good job. I could not recommend the duct cleaning.
Of all the carpet cleaners I’ve ever had Zerorez has been by far the best!
Looks great, drys fast. In our new to us house I was ready to pull the carpet out of the bedroom and they literally kept me from having to do that. The seller of the house we purchased had the carpet shampooed and it was horrible. Zerorez came in and brought it back to life!
Not sure honestly. My carpets still smell bad but it could be my pets or it could be the carpet cleaning itself. Hard to know since this is my first time using this company and for the price I paid I was hoping for better smelling carpets.
Our carpet was much more wet than previous times. It took about 8 hours to feel dry.

I am now 30 hours out from when the technician left my home and my stairs are still wet. I contacted my local Zerorez this afternoon about it (at approx 26 hours out). They sent out another person to try and vacuum the water up again and put two fans on the stairs for about 15 min. Your technician agreed the stairs should not be wet after 26+ hours. When we touched the stairs again they were still wet. So the tech left one fan here and told me to move it down the stairs over time and should be dry in a few hours.
Here I am 4 hours later (from technician leaving the fan) and the fan is only hitting about two stairs at a time. I guess I will continue to move the fan down the stairs about every hour until I can get the carpet dry.
This is ridiculous. All the bedrooms are upstairs and people have to use the stairs. Also, I have furniture being delivered upstairs tomorrow (two days after cleaning) and will have to put towels down on the stairs because the carpet is still wet.
First time I have used your company and I won’t be recommending your company.
Everything is done very professionally from wearing shoe covers to protecting the corners of furniture and walls from hose damage.
Everything is explained and all questions are answered.
The process cleans really well and dries quickly and is not sticky feeling. Will definitely call for any future cleanings needed.
The gentleman that cleaned our floors was very nice, informative, professional, and just all around great at his job. He was able to get our entire house done in about 2.5 hours which was very surprising since its 3000 sqft. Our carpet looks awesome!

originally i was gonna just do the 156.00 cleaning but they said the spots more tjen likely would show ba k up in a few weeks so i did the deep cleaning and was told the spots would be gone but now that tge carpets dry they showed back up right away and it kinda smells bad in my house now i dont know how to get the smell out i even aired my house out by opening all the windows all day and it still smells
Your tech was great..got everything super clean and went over it several times. Went the extra mile..I like it!!
