"The Zerorez technician, Greg, was top-notch! Even though my carpets are only a year old, I'd begun to notice some dinginess in main traffic areas, the beginnings of matting in others, and shedded dog hair everywhere. My vacuum cleaner couldn't keep-up with all of that! You see, my adult daughter had fallen upon hard-times, so she and her dog stayed with me for several months until she got back on her feet. Greg restored the cleanliness, luster and softness to my carpets, as well as to my 60" x 70" long-hair shaggy throw rug. With their lickety-split quick drying-time, now they're in like-new condition! Bonus: Greg applied some Zerorez proprietary protection-guard to my carpets at a good $ price. That'll extend their good looks and feel. So if my daughter and her dog return, then at least my carpets will hold-up longer than before! LOL!"

I am impressed with the options for cleaning my carpets. It is nice to know that zeroez also does upholstery and tile.

The carpet cleaner let me know he was running late and then showed up when he said he would. He was very professional and did a very thorough job.

The technician was great, early and communicated along the way as we were not home but not all the stains were able to be removed. The house just smelled like dirty water after the cleaning, just not super impressed overall.
I love the fact that they pay particular attention to the difficult spots I have been trying to eliminate. Carter was the best at listening to my requests and applying them. I will be back.
The young man was kind, prompt and very efficient!
When I called Zerorez and asked questions about my individual needs, I was treated with understanding with the accommodations for the service required. Levi and Hanna came at the appointed time and assured me that the stains on the carpet would probably be gone with a basic treatment. I had only the carpet in one big room that needed cleaning and was assured that when they were finished we could move the furniture back in. The operation was done efficiently, the carpet looked like new and we were able to use the room again within a short time.

This business does a fantastic job. My carpets are about 8 years old, and with pets and teenagers it gets to be looking pretty bad at times. After Zeroez cleaned, the carpet looks almost new. Absolutely satisfied, much better than other carpet cleaners I have hired in the past!
