I like the resulting cleanliness, whether carpets, floors or upholstery and I like knowing extra soap will not be left on or in anything. I like that the technicians wear shoe covers and masks if you ask them to. I like that they are vaccinated.

The only reservation I have when recommending is keeping in mind that even with all those positives, Zerorez is overpriced for the services provided. If my financial situation were to change for the worse, I would likely not be able to continue using Zerorez and would have to find a less expensive alternative.

Friendly honest service.

Extremely upset with how unprofessional the worker was. He said “look we need to have a talk”. Which no one is going to speak to me that way when I’m asking for a service to be completed. I said multiple times I just want a basic carpet clean and he told me it would be about $1000. I said I want to cancel the service then because I thought I was just getting a basic cleaning and he went out to his car. Came back with a whole new plan. NOT HAPPY. Then made uncomfortable comments the whole time saying “i can always come back with coffee and donuts.” Like for what? Not impressed at all

I was well satisfied with the technician, his demeanor was very professional.
I was very pleased with the process and the results.

My concern is the chemicals that other companies use. We have allergies to some chemicals and appreciate your process, and limited use of chemicals.
