The tech seemed like he didn’t really care about the job he was doing. Non stop talking and really did not start cleaning until being at my house around 45 minutes. This usually would not bother me if the job was done ok. Maybe it was because he said he already put in his 2 week notice with Zero.
When he finally cleaned, you can tell he only did the bare minimum. For example he would not close a door to get the carpet behind it.
One of the rooms that needed to be done, he said that there was nothing he could do about that spot. It was a bad spot, I get it, but there seemed that no effort was made to at least try to do a better job. The stairs were done, but same deal. He did the stairs in about 7 minutes or so. His reasoning behind that one is that someone took his stair tool.
So I am pretty upset that my landlord has it in the lease and requires me to use Zero yearly. I hope next year will be better.
PS. Please don’t confront him until he has left you guys. I don’t trust him. He knows where I live if you get my drift.
The quality of the work done on the hardwoods was poor, and we had to go back and re-clean.
Areas that were to be cleaned (kitchen, staircase) were not cleaned.
Technician left without walking through the work.

Our carpet cleaner, Blue (sp) was very professional and did an excellent job. The carpet was clean, not soggy, after the cleaning and there was truly no residue.

Your cost of the area rugs is a little over the top, at least for the small ones we have, and it's not much of an inconvenience to rent a rug doctor or borrow a small carpet cleaner. Also just build in the cost of moving furniture. 2 reasons why I'd hesitate to recommend.
How clean the carpet comes, how available you are
Carpet were clean and the tech explained the expectations before thy started the job. My carpets are 19 years old and they looked really good after the clean up process.
The products work! I especially like the fact there is no chemical odors. The service is always spectacular. The knowledge and friendly service received from your company is excellent.

Several stains still remain as well as technicians obviously spilled chemicals on my grass which instantly killed it and didn't tell me.
The techs were very nice and courteous.
We had spots in our carpets that were still wet two days later. There are many places that have a strange a yellowish hue now that wasn't there before (our carpets are off white). The carpets were indeed dirty, but I have not had this problem with other companies in the past.
Really got the carpets clean, and explained why and how it works and is non-toxic. On-time, respectful, cleaned up before leaving.
we had a pet spot, that we cleaned. I would think that when Zerorez we done the entire room would be as clean as the pet spot was. It wasn't, just made the pet spot bigger and it looks crappy

The process you have in carpet cleaning surpasses most other cleaning services. We appreciate the final results and the clean carpets without residue.
Timely, professional service
My husband had to ask how long it was going to take for the carpet to be dry. At 10:00 at night they were still wet. I would like to know how much water you normally would use to clean people's carpet. Now the carpet feels like it has something dirty on it. Does not seem any cleaner. His water pump broke on the van and asked to borrow a water hose. Then told my husband he had to wait for another van to help him. I should not of left him a tip an won't use your company again.

The service went great, but after I paid, the technician told me I should’ve gotten 10% off for being a repeat customer. It was the first time anyone had told me that and I’d already paid full price so there wasn’t much to be done and I didn’t get my 10% off. Disappointing considering the amount I paid.
They have great communication and the price is always exactly what they said it would be.
