I guess for the price, I was expecting miracles. The price is the only reason I would hesitate recommending Zerorez to friends...most of my friends are retired and on a fixed income and, while they all own their homes, few would pay almost $400 to have carpets cleaned. I have old, very light (almost white) carpet and the traffic pattern is still noticeable as are a few food stains. My technician, Greg, did a good job of explaining why they couldn't be totally removed, but that was after the appointment was made and the technicians arrived to clean. Reviews on the website made it appear that miracles could happen.
The carpets look great, the technician arrived on time was, friendly and efficient.
They were all very kind, but my pet urine smell is worse now after 4 visits. I wish I could get my money back.
Young men were on time, got the carpets cleaned and were finished in an hour and a half. Carpet looks good and the dirty carpet smell is gone!
Did a great job on the carpet in the past and a great job on the sofa but the stains came back on the carpet and the tech said you need a new carpet. Wasnt happy about that.
Devlin is very conscientious and thorough. I appreciated his straightforward communication and recommendations for problem areas. He was persistent and did a heroic job with our 22 yr old carpet. I'd definitely hire him again!

Natural cleaning products
There is about a half inch where the carpet meets the baseboards that didn’t get cleaned around the entire room. $91 is a lot for the center of a room. I would like them cleaned or a portion of the fee returned. Please contact me.

Very professional and thorough
Blue did a great job cleaning my carpet. I recently took my rug down to be cleaned. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to getting it back. I am sure it will be great. Like that they don’t use cleaners.
My carpet is cleaner. I was definitely not amazed. Pros: the carpet appears cleaner, it dried quickly, it wasn't as expensive as I was worried it would be. Cons: it doesn't smell nice like when I get the carpet shampooed, you can still see all the lines from my rugs and furniture, and the carpet doesn't feel soft or fluffy like it does after I shampoo it myself. At least when I do it myself it's mostly free and I can make it smell nice. Probably won't do it again.
My carpet stayed wet way too long this time. I was still filling damp carpet at about 11 and 12 hours and I’ve been told by multiple carpet companies including you guys that it shouldn’t stay wet after eight hours and preferably much less than that… he told me it would be about 3 to 4 hours. I have no idea what happened but it definitely was not 3 to 4 hours. In fact for a while I thought maybe it was just cold I was feeling instead of wet so I put socks on again and they did get damp at 12 hours. I am glad it happened on this older carpet but it makes me very uncertain about using you for any new carpet because I know that’s what creates a mildew apartment smell as I call it with them cleaning the carpets every time someone moves. I’ve smelled that smell too many times as a kid to want to live that way as an adult. I also just don’t seem to find that it seems as clean as other places. In fact I vacuumed until I could not hear any more birdseed before you came. I have one of those chair protectors to catch a lot of it anyway. And after before putting that room back together two days later the bird was not in there to have created a new mess he had been moved for this whole process I still heard so much seed coming up again into my vacuum. I spent about 15 minutes just waiting for the seed to quit sounding up in my vacuum. If the carpet cleaning didn’t get any deeper than that I really don’t know what we served. I’m not sure why I’m even given the amount of stars. This entire process because I really thought I did like you guys before has made me even question getting carpet to have to deal with this every year to keep new carpet warranty. It definitely feels like $200 was totally wasted and it’s just not something I want to perpetuate year after year. So now I’m trying to figure out complete change in plan to not carpet anything in here.

The tech was very professional and answered all of my questions. I also liked that they use corner protectors to keep equipment from damaging walls.
No chemicals and excellent cleaning process with no odor. My 20 year old carpet looks awesome!
