My laminate flooring still had dirty places under the kick place areas I had to clean myself, and the equipment they used was broken and it leaked all over. ZeroRez services I’ve used in other locations has always been so much better. I’m disappointed.

I requested someone who was good with stains on carpets. I was surprised that the root beer stain came right back, when the carpet was dry. I also had some small stains that didn't show up till they were totally dry. I know that I requested the best STAIN PERSON to come over, and seemed like I had a new operator who schooled me on the fact, that some stains will never come out.
In the past, we had a very good stain person -- who actually took out red koolaid stains out with an iron and cloth. I would like these spots tried to be removed, on the next time that I have
two more rooms, and the staircase done in the next couple weeks.
Couch is still dirty, dog hair is still all over and couch is not any better then before it was cleaned. There were spots missed and it just was not worth the $215. It is a 5 seat sectional and the person tried to tell me this is not a standard sectional its an XL and would cost me $85 more then what it was to cost. Overall the quality of the cleaning was not worth it.

Greg and Tyler were very professional and knowledgeable of the cleaning of our rugs. Our rugs look so clean. Any water that spilled onto our wood floors was immediately wiped up. They did a very neat job and cared that our house looked great when they were done. We would recommend ZeroRez services.
