You always show up when you say you’re going to. If I’m not here, you always leave something on my door so I know what you did or did not find in my crawlspace. That’s a big one for me because a couple years ago think you found a leak underneath. I wouldn’t have known it was there because I don’t go into the crawlspace.

Josh Hobson is absolutely first rate. Prompt, friendly, and thorough. Answers questions understandably and courteous. A big help with our one year old flea infestation we got from the neighbor's dog that barged through the door one day with my husband and proceeded to lay itself down on our fabric couch, and viola, fleas 5 weeks later.
Josh is great at telling us the strength of the solution he will be using that day and we give him a list of where to spray it.
Josh is a total keeper and worth a big fat raise :-)
