Richie arrived for our annual structure inspection on the scheduled date as soon as local traffic conditions allowed, and was very efficient in commencing a detailed under-house and subsequent detached garage inspection. He was very respectful while proudly presenting multiple pest control service options without being overly "pushy".
One thing that I especially appreciated was how he was professionally complementary WRT the senior Terminix technician (Rich) who would be performing the upcoming termite bait trap inspections.
Overall, I remain pleased with the service that's been provided by our local Terminix office, and will gladly continue using them for our termite protection services for the foreseeable future.

I have had very few insects since using Terminex, which has been years. The fellows who service us are always punctual and pleasant. I believe it is close to 40 years we have used them. That says a lot for a company. We use them both for our quarterly service and yearly termite inspection.

THE TECHNICIAN! If I could give him 200 plus stars I would. He’s very thorough and takes time to answer all and any questions we have. I also give kudos to the young lady that schedules all my appointments she’s definitely my favorite person. These two are definitely the epitome of what your company needs.
