It’s such a relief having someone who knows our home, understands our concerns, and consistently goes above and beyond. We can't thank him enough!
He’s friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to check every area, and he takes the time to address all of our concerns. You can tell he really cares about keeping our home pest-free. This is the first time Jamie has serviced our house. He is extremely good at his job and also very personable. He arrived on time, introduced himself and then serviced the house and grounds and kept us informed of what he was doing.

Communication is always excellent with our technician, Steven. He calls to check in before he treats the property and inquires about the previous month and if we have any notable concerns. We have used Terminex for 4 or 5 years and although it is a large company, our Johns Island, SC office for Terminex always makes us feel like they are a small company that knows their clients. Our technician has been the same person throughout the duration of service. We much appreciate the consistency.
