You always get a notification when it is time for you to coordinate an appointment, it certainly isn't something I focus on when it needs to be done.
The Day prior to the Service you receive a call from the Technician to confirm the time of the service.
Jason our Technician is always prompt on his arrival time.
Jason greets you at the door with a smile on his face and always asks if there are any concerns that he needs to addressed and also asks if there are any restrictions as where not to spray as well as suggestions as to what we may consider for him to do.
He always starts off with extension mop to clean any cobweb buildup outside of your windows.
When Jason is done he informs you about how his servicing went and to contact him if there are any further concerns at no fee.

Nate, our service provider, always does a superb job!! He notifies us and makes arrangements to have convenient appointments, he shows up in a timely manner, he explains what he’s going to do after hearing what our needs are and then finishes his appointment!!! he is very respectful. He is courteous as well as professional.!! I appreciate having such an employee working with us from Terminix!!
