Our previous termite service (the K one) was getting more expensive every year! Terminix offered the service for a much cheaper pric. When the tech arrived to install the new bait traps, he noticed the other service had installed half of what was needed to ultimate termite protection.
When I called the other service to cancel my contract, they told me a tech would be out in a couple days to remove their traps. Welp…2 months later they finally came out!
Additionally, the Terminix tech accidentally hit one of my sprinkler pipes. They promptly returned to complete that repair at no cost. This is great service!
We are happy we changed to Terminix and look forward to more years of great service and protection!

Very thorough, very professional, the people who visit my home, Reggie and Eric, are super nice. I enjoy speaking with them, I appreciate the care they give to my home (they treat it like they would treat their own home), and communication from Terminix about arrival times and what treatments are needed is super.
