I like Billy McCoy, he takes good care of us. This is the last time I will do a survey! I have had more problems with the office, setting appointments than anything else. I had an appointment set up, called because he didn't show up and it seems whoever I set the appointment up with, didn't write it down so I made another one. Billy is always prompt with appointments. This is NOT the first time I have had problems with the office.
