Our technician, Ken, is thorough, pays attention to details, and he's very friendly and courteous. We like knowing he knows what to look out for while treating our home and we appreciate knowing our home is protected against unwanted visitors of the creepiest, crawliest kinds. Also that he will come out between regularly scheduled treatments if we need him to address anything else that arises.
