Anthony of Terminix Gastonia, NC provided excellent "above and beyond" service. He not only expertly assessed our Carpenter Bee problem, but proposed a solution that I believe will be effective in the long run, and implemented the first stage of this solution beginning at 7am the day following the assessment. Anthony also spent time assessing our other pest control needs, including termite control and regular periodic pest control in our home and proposed a plan for both that I found affordable and well-considered. Not only is Anthony obviously an expert in the field of pest control, but he is very personable and confidence-inspiring. His assurance of his personal attention and availability at any time sealed the deal in terms of accepting the various services proposed. Terminix is fortunate to have Anthony as an associate.
