Josh Hobson is absolutely first rate. Prompt, friendly, and thorough. Answers questions understandably and courteous. A big help with our one year old flea infestation we got from the neighbor's dog that barged through the door one day with my husband and proceeded to lay itself down on our fabric couch, and viola, fleas 5 weeks later.
Josh is great at telling us the strength of the solution he will be using that day and we give him a list of where to spray it.
Josh is a total keeper and worth a big fat raise :-)

You all are a top-notch group of people Every technician You have sent out to our home is courteous and professional and Knowledgeable. When we ask for something special such as spraying because of new mulch lay down, they are on it. Mouse bait boxes, Wasp Nests, And always with a smile. Other organizations could learn from you guys.
