He ask questions like have I seen any pest crawling around? He is friendly and let me know what he plans to do before he starts and ask if I have any questions.
I was not present on the day of service, so I appreciated the technician letting me know when he arrived on the property, having an opportunity to discuss areas to be treated, and then his following up to let me know what he had done. We have been Terminix customers for many years and have always had confidence in their ability to handle our needs.
