Everything is fine and I would have given a rating of 10, but I am still having problems w/ants in the kitchen, and crickets in the garage long after bay doors are shut. The ant visitation has greatly diminished in population, but a few scouts continue daily so far. Those crickets may survive long enough to get through our house door esp. if left open, which is our fault, but they live for days hidden and chirping in our basement rec-room. Very annoying.
The gentleman, who treated our house was fine in every way and he stated for us to call if we continued to have the ant or any problem. I have waited a few days to see if the above would improve. I consider this notice of my contact with you now done.

Technician always calls or text when they are coming and always rings the doorbell to explain what they are doing and ask if there are any issues.

The technician that they sent was dressed neatly in his company uniform. He was very polite and listened to my concerns and then went right to work. While in my home he was careful when applying his application. When he was done, he let me know.

I dont know about other locations but here in Hayesville, NC (Terminex out of Andrews, NC), the service is exemplary. When I called I spoke to Shauna (sp?). She is just the kindest person who listens like she really cares and then calls you right back to say, "i was able to arrange service for 6:00 p.m. today if that will work for you. She understood my sense of urgency. Todd McClure is not just a highly knowledgeable, trained professional, the man is a total badass! He made time for my problem at the end of a long work-day. He put on a suit that looked like something from a sci-fi movie and did a job that I would'nt wish on anyone. Amazing Staff - Amazing Service.
