Our pup Maizy, an only dog, loves having the company of other pups for a few hours. We also feel comfortable leaving her at Dogtopia as the staff seems to know her and she is always happy to arrive there.

My girl loves going to daycare. She has a blast and comes home one tired pup. She's been going once a week for more than two and a half years. The Spa is such a nice service as well, we have our nails trimmed regularly and a bath every few months as well. The staff take very good care of the pups, you can tell these people really love dogs.

We feel very comfortable having our two dogs stay with the team at Dogtopia South Waterfront. Every single time there’s any need for meal adjustments, schedule changes, and any other doggie activities that come up, we’ve experienced great communication. Easy to see our dogs extremely happy to come in. Highly recommend.

Our pup is always anxious to get there, and bouncing happy when we pick her up.

I came to you all very last minute and though there were a number of hoops we had to get through (understandably), I was met with patience and kindness. My little guy aced the meet and greet but honestly, your staff aced the meet and greet. Everyone is very friendly and upbeat (a sign of a great workplace). I boarded my furball with you for five days. And while I was a little worried (as any dad might be), I dropped him off confident he was in great hands. I can’t tell you how happy I was to see his tail wagging when I came to pick him up. He was happy to be there and I know enjoyed his doggie overnight camp shenanigans.

I've been bringing my girl Billie there since she was 7 months old, nearly 3 years now, once a week. She Loves going to 'school'. Even just once a week has been so beneficial for her socialization and allows her to burn off some of that young Labrador energy.

The webcams are such a wonderful thing as well, I can peek in and check on my baby and I so love to watch her play.

The staff is so good with her and the other pups, you can tell that these people really love dogs.

I also appreciate the spa services more than I can say! With a young 115lb wiggly Lab it's next to impossible for me to bathe her myself in my bathtub and she wont let me near her toes for a nail trim. So Thank You all so much for that help!

I appreciate that your staff are canine coaches and they manage the shipment and behavior in the room. I have used other daycare’s for my dog and they allow the dogs to get to rough in their play.

I also appreciate the flexibility of scheduling, I think the price is reasonable for the expertise. And I enjoy the Treats and activities available for our dogs.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They really seem to care. I love that he is active and socializing with other dogs while there. He loves it too.

We unfortunately had mechanical problems and missed our appointment that was scheduled the day before my wife was scheduled to have surgery. We had made appointments with Dogtopia and another facility. The other facility told me there was nothing they could do. I arrived at Dogtopia and the staff were amazing! With in minutes we started the meet and greet and accepted Samantha for care. I brought Samantha back for the day and staff were great about how she may require more water/food so I wasn’t surprised when that occurred upon getting back to our RV. The live cameras helped my wife and I know she was doing good for her first time in dog care. I can’t thank the staff enough for such great care of not only Samantha but us as well.

The staff is great- incredibly friendly and responsive. Dogtopia is really flexible, I have never had a problem getting our dogs booked for day or overnight boarding.

Having an anxious and sometimes reactive dog, I really appreciate the protocols you have for keeping all the dogs managed in the group setting. My dog is comfortable there and finds a way to be relaxed and sociable.

The location is great since I live in the neighborhood and the staff is very friendly .

Over all amazing!

Staff are pleasant and engaged. The consistent protocols are very good for my reactive and anxious dog - he knows what to expect. I would bring him more often if we hadn't moved farther away, but I count on Dogtopia for his overnight boarding. The parking situation is annoying but it has improved with the 5-minute parking spaces on the street (though they are often abused!). I'm very grateful for Dogtopia.

I like how everyone is cheerful and supportive of the dogs. I brought 2 for their first time and was so satisfied that I am doing 3 day’s daycare and probably an overnight at the end of the week.

On the online video monitor it made me smile to see an employee playing with the dogs and throwing small handfuls of snow, and blowing bubbles.

I like that they look at the needs of each and every dog.
