The people who work there are so nice to my dog! My pup is a little shy and sometimes nervous, but they are very understanding and go out of there way to help her feel better with treats and going at her pace for nail trims, etc.
What friendly, dog-loving, well trained staff and what a clean environment. Our golden retriever pup loved it and was absolutely exhausted when she got home. That's what we like to see!
I know things are still in transition/flux at this location but the current employees seem to really care and want to help improve things overall.

Our dogs Whiskey and T-Rex love all the staff and play-friends at the Dogtopia South Waterfront location. Super responsive via text or call and flexible when we need to reschedule dropoff or pickup dates. Always recommend to friends and family.
Dogtopia has quickly grown into our pups favorite place to come when we have to work. They are wonderful staff who truly do make each day the “best day ever” for our pup with enrichment activities, and lots of love. We never have to worry about our pup coming here because we know he will be well taken care of and looked after like one of their own!
The flexibility it offers me!!!
Many times I’ve had last minute changes in my schedule requiring extra day care time and some unforeseen boarding nights too. My requests are readily accommodated and this frees me from worrying about Jack having to spend large blocks of time alone.
Plus Jack is really social so he loves the extra time with his “dog friends”. Prior to coming to Dogtopia I thought the idea of dogs having dog friends was just a gimmick to get you to sign up for dog care. But it really is true. Jack definitely has multiple dog friends and I am so happy he has the opportunity to socialize in a safe environment!

The people are lovely, calm and knowledgeable. The Meet and Greet is very well designed and has the safety and happiness of all pups and owners in mind. Having the video is a wonderful plus because it is important to see and know that our dogs are happy. The employees seem very gentle and caring and skilled as they work in the rooms with the dogs. The assessment was very honest and helped us understand what concerns might occur with our energetic terrier down the line.

The staff is fantastically friendly and deeply care for the dogs! They're on top of vaccination and report any illnesses to dog owners to keep all of the dogs safe.
Dogtopia staff are so friendly! They greet my dog by name and are so gentle with my shy girl.
I love the spa services
I love that I can easily schedule daycare or grooming. The coaches seem to genuinely care about my dog (which is huge). I also appreciate that they are reliable. Hot weather, inclement weather, short-staffed....they are there for me and my dog. All of that makes it an easy choice. Plus my baby lives Kenzie and Lucy.

Proximity and kindness.
The people at Dogtopia were FANTASTIC! I can not stress enough how wonderful all the people at Dogtopia are. They were very helpful and happy to answer any question I had.
I loved how accommodating they were when we had to change our weekly package or get our dog (George) a bath or his nails trimmed. It was very easy to drop him off, ask if he can get a bath today, and then pick him up all nice and clean.
I would fully recommend Dogtopia to anybody looking to take their dog to day care. The dogs are taken very good care of and are monitored to make sure they are safe. George never came home hurt and was alway very happy and worn out after a day of playing with his buddies at daycare. The 3 days a week daycare package is a pretty good deal too.
The only reason we moved our dog from the South Waterfront Dogtopia is because the Cedar Hills Dogtopia is closer after we moved.

Most of the employees friendly and helpful. My pup never seems stressed or fearful and always is happy to go to DOGTOPIA.
What I haven’t liked? I have been charged two different sums for a simple bath.
Last minute bookings are accommodated.

Everyone is sooooo nice-and they genuinely love the dogs
I like how everyone is cheerful and supportive of the dogs. I brought 2 for their first time and was so satisfied that I am doing 3 day’s daycare and probably an overnight at the end of the week.
On the online video monitor it made me smile to see an employee playing with the dogs and throwing small handfuls of snow, and blowing bubbles.
I like that they look at the needs of each and every dog.
