The staff here is so warm, friendly and professional! The facility is always clean. Whenever I have a question or concern, the staff is quick to respond.

First, the employees are wonderful. Attentive, kind, and compassionate...my pup can be shy at first but they totally worked with him and now he has such a good time at Dogtopia. Also, I love that there are cameras in the play rooms so I can procrastinate at work and watch my pup! I appreciate the various packages for daycare, and the option to go to multiple locations for the unlimited plans is so convenient for me. My only complaint is the 30-day notice to cancel a plan. My schedule is too unpredictable to know a month in advance if I'll be out of town for a week, or if I need to change up my work location. Otherwise, a fantastic establishment and I look forward to using them again in the future.

Very friendly and helpful people. My dog is kinda high strung but he needs this socialization. I appreciate they have so many hours of free play to roam and hang out and not in a crate most of the day.

This is the 3rd day care I’ve tried for my very energetic Labradoodle. I tried 2 other daycares before Waterfront Dogtopia without success and was told Jack lacked dog social skills, had poor self control and played too rough with other dogs. Bottom line they didn’t want him. From the beginning at Dogtopia, staff saw Jack what what he is, a high energy one year old dog not a “problem”. To help him gain self control, he was immediately put on the puppy schedule were he goes into a crate for down time (reset time) every hour for 10 minutes. This plus the two hour crate nap time from 12-2 really keeps Jack from hyping up and getting out of control. The calm environment at Waterfront Dogtopia and pairing Jack with dogs that have his rough play style, have really helped Jack develop good dog social skills. Exactly what I wanted for him!! I couldn’t be more pleased with how Jack is progressing!!! He is better behaved at home too!

I am very grateful for all the attentive care Jack gets at daycare. He absolutely loves playing with other dogs and I have peace of mind knowing Jack is free to play with other dogs in a safe loving environment. Thank you so much 🐶🐾🐶

Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that there is a camera to see the dogs and the feedback on how Pigeon did. I also appreciate that there appears to be some sort of assessment to see if a new pup will fit in/ be successful, and that there are always staff present when the dogs are out together. Also, it was super helpful that the staff were willing to call over to my veterinarian and get vaccination records directly. That was a huge help for me.

Savy seems to have fun. It is clean/hygenic. The people are friends and appear to love dogs.

The team at Dogtopia South Waterfront is fantastic! My pup has a hard time warming up to strangers, but after a few weeks of consistent daycare his visits became something we both really looked forward to. And I cannot say enough about the peace of mind their boarding services offet. I travel a lot and knowing my doggo is safe and cared for while I'm away is a huge relief. The Dogtopia team has become an extension of my dog’s family, and I so appreciate all the effort and energy the team has put into making him a part of the Fogtopia SW family.

Very well run and very nice staff.

The staff is professional, extremely gracious, and caring. They take the time to get to know my pup and are able take care of any of his needs. The staff keeps it fun and fresh for the dogs by having different snacks and themed photoshoots. I feel very safe leaving my pup in the hands of the staff and coaches at Dogtopia.
