Newman loves Dogtopia. He gets so excited when we start getting close in the car. I love that I can check in on camera and see him having so much fun playing. I also love the theme photos. They are a treat.
My dog Jack loves playing with other dogs but is poor in picking up social cues. He also has a problem knowing Also has problems with self regulation.
What impressed me the most was how willing the staff were to help Jack with the above issues!!! On day one they put Jack on the puppy schedule of a 10 minute crate break every hour. This in addition to extra breaks throughout the day when over stimulated. Today Jack completed day 2 at Dogtopia and the staff has already seen improvement in Jack behavior!!! Wow improvement in two day!!! I can’t be more pleased
Dogtopia provides great care for my dog. However the prices are a bit steep. My only critique is that my dog comes home smelling strongly of urine.

This is a company that definitely knows how to make pets and pet owners feel very loved and valued. The "report card" and "first day of daycare" picture was absolutely precious. The events they hold with pictures and special treats. Everything is very thought out and makes each pup and their owner feel special. Staff here is super friendly and helpful. I work 12hr shifts as a nurse and they accommodate my hours, which makes my life SO much easier. My dog and I love dogtopia! Truly, I don't have a single complaint. Thank you guys for loving my pup and for helping me out every single week!
To begin, there aren't enough words to convey how highly I regard and love Dogtopia South Waterfront. From my initial interaction and introduction nearly 7 months ago to the present day, the kindness, compassion, consideration, respect, and love that Remy (my Frenchie) and I feel from the amazing people at Dogtopia South Waterfront has been second to none. Remy has quickly fallen into his routine of "school time" and happily runs in where he is always greeted with enthusiasm, pets, and smiles.
During the day, I am happy to know that I can peek in on my baby to see that he is having his best day ever with his friends and canine coaches. Likewise, any time that I text with any questions, I receive a prompt reply. Remy had the privilege of boarding recently and I received regular updates with pictures included of him living it up which made me incredibly happy.
One of my favorite things (and probably Remy's too) are the "event days" sprinkled throughout the month that raise money for the Dogtopia Foundation. Whether it is turkey bacon, dog prom, a dog mom's day art project, Pride pictures/body design, I love that Remy has something to look forward to, and all for a good cause.
To the staff of Dogtopia South Waterfront, I thank you so much for everything that you everything do for Remy (and me). It means everything to me that he has people who love him as I do.
Welcoming and passionate staff, fair pricing, great activities for the dogs, love the cameras, love the dog of the month, love that information is provided about what your dog is up to and who they are friends with, clean facility, and open policies (e.g. showing the backroom areas). Honestly not a single bad thing to say! Absolutely excellent!

You guys are awesome. Charlie comes home exhausted. You do need to do something about your parking and pickup situation. I know you’re working on it. The sooner that gets solved the better. Sorry you have to deal with old angry condo owners that make such a big deal when pickups are parked at the curb.
I wasn’t even in the door yet and the person behind the desk recognized my dog and called for him to be taken into the playroom. I love that! They facilities are also great and the trainers are lovely
