The staff is great and I really like curbside

The small dogs are kept separate from the large dogs all the time, curbside service, the staff are always friendly and responsive to calls or emails, they’re on top of vaccines, they do fun activities like arts and crafts and photos. I’m sure those are a total hassle for the staff, but it’s definitely a factor when choosing which daycare to use. I also love the cameras so I can peek in occasionally and see what the pugs are doing.

People are great, love that our puppy loves the staff. She gets excited when she sees where we are going.

Friendly staff, air conditioned play areas, dogs are monitored at all times, and most of all my dog is SO excited to play every day when I drop him off and comes home happy to me!

Full service facility.

Dogs with disruptive behavior are crated for reset time thus not avoiding them to take over the play area. This is what my dog, Jack, did when he 1st came to Waterfront Dogtopia. They immediately put him on the puppy schedule where he was created for reset time 10 minutes each hour. Plus extra crate times when Jack started running around stirring the other dogs up. The previous 3 dog day cares just told me Jack was a behavior problem and lacked self control but did NOTHING to help Jack gain self control!!! Dogtopia’s program has hugely helped Jack calm down at the daycare and this has carried over to a calmer better behaved dog at home too!!! Jack totally loves daycare and comes home a tired, happy dog!!!

Every one is so nice and friendly. My puppy can be nervous around new people and places but he has always done well and felt comfortable when coming for daycare!

We love the photo shoots, webcams, carts, treatos, and the love the team gives our dog.

I love how you greet my dog Ava when she arrives--like a best friend you have waiting to see. She gets so excited when she gets to visit and play with her friends. I appreciae you give her space to eat a lunch, have fun snacks and reinforce good canine citizen behaviors. I also love being able to check out the webcam and she who she is picked as a fun buddy for the day.

And you do spa days so she get a bath, nails trimmed and comes home pretty and tired, ready for a cuddle evening with Mom and Dad. Thanks for taking such good care of her!

The prices are reasonable and my dog has a good time there.

We love how clean the space is, how friendly and attentive the staff are, and we live to watch our guy play on the camera.

We went to our meet n greet at dogtopia and the staff were excellent. It's nerve wracking for a puppy parent (esp a first time puppy parent) to leave their fur love in the hands of another. The staff explained things to me very clearly, my dog had a wonderful time, and I feel safe using their services from here on.

The hours are great and the care of the dogs are great. Love the unlimited access deal, for residents at OHSU it is HUGE. Was very disappointed the hours changed so drop off is now 6am or later and pick up is sooner. That was one of the sole reasons for choosing this place, but overall it’s great

I really appreciate your attention to detail and requesting vaccine updates to keep dogs healthy! Love the curbside drop off too.

All of the employees are friendly and greet my dog by name. The spa service is excellent. My big fluffy dog is a handful, however when he is returned to us his hair is silky and he smells wonderful. The brush job if fabulous.

The staff are so kind, caring, and attentive! Millie is always so excited when we're walking toward daycare and she can't wait to see her friends (dogs and humans alike)! I love all the activities each month and she loves the treat days. I know she is in the best hands when she's at daycare or is boarded and that she's treated like staff's own pup!

Everyone is extremely attentive to the dogs and to their human friends. From the front desk to those that bring out the dog at the end of the day.

He's visits have really helped our younger dog become more social and less anxious around other dogs. What do they say? What a difference a day makes.
