Eddie was straightforward with repair requirements, cost estimate, was able to get the suburban repaired promptly and looked like new when completed. I think the repair guys name was Andrew. If so he did a great job too

I can't say I haven't been 100% happy but overall your good. I think you got some that not necessarily knows the vehicles that come in for service. I've been asking since Goodmans were there to Don Franklin. I've asked repeatedly about a cabin air filter for my Colorado z71. Everytime they've said that truck doesn't have one. So I Google it and Google said look behind your glove box and there it was it had turned black. I have had problems not cooling so after it was replaced so far so good. Your losing out on parts this way and your gonna have problems with trucks. Thank you for asking

The service we received was great. Nikolas Sorrell was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions. We feel that we got the car that check all the boxs for what we were looking for. We've been happy with the nissans we had in the past and i certain we will be happy with our new car. Nikolas and the rest of the sales staff made us feel very comfortable with our perchase. We will recommend Don Franklin of Glasgow to all our family and friends in search of a new or used car.
