Staff was friendly and helpful with buying my new car from them. The store was very nice and clean. It did not take as long as it has took me before to purchase a new car. I LOVE Eddie in the body shop. He takes care of business and takes care of customers with a smile! Him and the shop guys are always so friendly.
I also like how Brandon, Chris, JD, and Jason are there everytime I have any question! And I have some questions. I love the entire DF family!

I did not have any interaction with Don Franklins’s service department. I utilized and interacted with Don Franklin’s collision center. They got me in and the damage repaired weeks before other local collision centers could get me in. Eddie, the manager, was very nice and helpful.
