I did not have any interaction with Don Franklins’s service department. I utilized and interacted with Don Franklin’s collision center. They got me in and the damage repaired weeks before other local collision centers could get me in. Eddie, the manager, was very nice and helpful.
Whitney Moon made my experience amazing! She is so kind and was able to answer any and all of my questions and made me feel like I was part of the Don Franklin family before my purchase and after! I love all of the features my car has to offer as well! 10/10 experience!!

A long day started with a salesman John and ended with John. He worked very hard for me to purchase a vehicle. I was in need of a reliable, running, nothing wrong, could get me where I needed and wanted to be. I have been searching for a very long time, and I was so glad when John called, and I went to see him. I felt no pressure from John and if I wanted to quit, he would have apologized for my inconvenience. John did not, he persevered and was able to deliver on his word. I left that day with my, Chevy Equinox. I felt John was really wanting to help me and even though I know it was John's job to sell me a car, he never made me feel that way. I was his concern, and that day John was working to make me happy, which he succeeded. He will have a returning customer, and I will try to get him some more. Please express my thanks to John for all his concern and help.
