Everyone involved gave careful, complete explanations of options and we were kept informed of each step in the process. Each time we communicated by email, the response was prompt and on point. We have been customers of Downeast Energy for many years. They have always been responsive to our needs for regular service and emergency services. They have installed propane for our Renai heater, tankless water heater, gas stove and Generac generator.
Service technicians are professional and friendly. They answer all of our questions and concerns.
Showed up when they said they would and then proceeded to do a great job. They kept us informed and lets us know when it was completed.
They do a great job on automating refilling our propane tank. Pricing is reasonable.
