Anita is a wonderful instructor for classes. She always gives different ideas for leveling up/down. She's great for young-aging seniors. She hits every muscle group in her classes as well as throughout the week. She takes everyone's concerns seriously and a very caring person.

Fitness Factory Hoboken has been great since taking over the former Retro Fitness location. The gym has pretty much everything you could ask for as an intermediate lifter. Everyday I can go there knowing the gym will actually be opened up on time, the gym opens early enough for morning lifters, and the place is kept relatively clean for a gym. I appreciate that it provides a more middle tier price point in an environment that otherwise only features low or high end options. Nothing fancy about the gym but has everything you need to get a great workout in between free weights, machines, squat racks, and cardio machines. I think of this as really a lifter's gym. I love it hear and would recommend it for anyone who asked me about it.
