I like the classes offered at this facility, mostly yoga and Zumba classes. I have not used the equipment yet since they are much newer than I have used to. So, I may need more exploring before I will give a try with the weight equipment. All staff members are friendly. Place is really clean.
One time a class was cancelled after I waited for 10 min. A couple of times, I was called or notified via email that classes were cancelled. I liked to be notified before I was heading down to the facility.
The equipment is new, modern and staff takes extra care. Super friendly reception, would love to have a bicep/tricep seated cable machine.

The classes are great! The instructors are great and very accommodating to their members. It is such a people friendly gym! The front desk workers are also accommodating and helpful. Thanks for the new weights and equipment in the room where classes are held. Just please tidy up the bathrooms . Many times there are no towels or soap and that’s not pleasant. There still are a lot of hair balls in the class room . And it would help keep the dispensers filled in that room also. It’s really a fun place to visit on a regular basis! Good friends are made here!

There is a lot of amazing aspects of the gym. The equipment is good and clean, the staff is wonderful, the shake bar is good, the to-go meals are amazing and I like the selection of drinks and protein bars. Also, the location, being within Bell Works, is very nice.
I love my Fitness Factory! I hadn’t been there in a while and was so happy to be back there. It’s a beautiful gym great equipment and nice members. I noticed people are not cleaning the equipment after using it which is disappointing. A few years back I would see attendants cleaning the equipment and the wiping down the floors it maybe something you may want to bring back to keep the gym immaculate. It’s one of the main reasons why I come to FF. It’s a beautiful overall clean gym. Lifetime has nothing that I can’t get at my FF.
Exceptionally ran facility. Staff is awesome and equipment is always in great condition. The general manager Johnny is always helpful and professional. Highly recommend to those looking to start or continue their fitness journey

I’m glad OJ helped getting the parking lot repaired. The potholes should be have been repaired long ago, shame on the landlord.
I recommend everyone in town go to this gym, fifty of my friends followed me here. The new equipment does add to the depth of this gym, can’t wait til you open the new section
Group fitness classes are great - but would be better if instructors can switch up the routine and music/playlist every few weeks (it gets boring when it's the same exact workout every week)
Also, I just learned of the app. Would be great to let new members join at the time of onboarding about the fitness factory app and perks for earning points.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Equipment is well - maintained. And now, due to the expansion, more equipment will become available

Staff is very cordial and greets everyone upon entry--- I feel very welcome at Fitness Factory. There's a huge array of machines and free weights to use. Any time I have asked front desk staff for assistance with machines, they have kindly obliged. I also appreciate the child care services at the gym-- it's incredibly affordable and without those services, I would not be able to go to Fitness Factory.
The facility has all the necessary equipment to get a complete workout and it is kept clean. There's even disinfectant wipes available on the wall if you need it. The soap and other amenities in the bathroom are in working order, and when there are the occasional issues, they are fixed reasonably quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful and parking is very easy.
Has everything you need! Great classes, equipment and great people to help with your fitness journey.

What is up with the crappy brown paper towels now. They are like trying to use writing paper to wipe my hands and the machines off.
