Fitness Factory of Mount Olive is a wonderful gym in a great, centralized location. The staff (shoutout to Willo and Matthew) is kind, courteous, and personable which seems to reflect in the clientele. Gym-goers, from all ages and fitness levels, are responsible, respectful, and supportive of one another's workout space and equipment. The gym layout is conducive to all workouts and is kept clean and organized. Finally, the training program is phenomenal. I trained with Brian for three months and we used InBody to track progress and Trainerize to assist with my workouts and nutrition tracking. I demonstrated a setback from my initial assessment to the month 1 assessment. Instead of disappointment, Brian worked with me to figure out why I regressed. He was supportive and helped me to be more honest with myself and diet. (I am a working mother of two young children - cookies are everywhere.) After that real and important conversation, I locked in and leveraged the nutrition aspect of Trainerize, and Brian adjusted my workouts. From month 1 to 2, I lost 5 pounds of body fat, went from a size 10 to 6, and surpassed personal strength targets I didn't think were possible in that time. I am so grateful for this gym and for the staff at Fitness Factory MO. My physical and mental health has improved. I look forward to working out now and will continue to do so at Fitness Factory.

There are various types and schedules of group classes, and the instructor's
passion, professionalism, and class content were good.
What was regrettable was that the class space was too narrow and the number of plates, dumbbells and bars was limited, so it was regrettable that they could not exercise even if they were a little late.

Also they are always ensure everything is clear and perfect in the clup.As like a business owner all i can say is fitness factory is the best.I would like thank you so much for this clup to the owner.They are done with amazing jobs.They did a lot of construction.Change a lot of machines.
All i can recommend, i think we deserve better lock room and shower :) Could be much better.
Also i want to specially thank you to Mr Rob as well.If we need anyting, he is always listening for all kind a matter about the clup.

Great job with the gym! It's looking the best I've seen it in a while, and I'm a lot happier these days. As you both know, I've been with the Factory since at least 2000, maybe even earlier, over at the Pal Park location, so it's been fun to watch the evolution of these gyms and the overall experience. I truly think you guys have the best value proposition in the area, and I'd say just keep going because I don't think the others can compete with you over the next five years.
By the way, could one of you give me a call when you get a moment? My son is turning out to be an absolute football beast, and his coaches want him in the gym to lift immediately. I'm running into some issues with that and would really appreciate your help before he heads to Bergen Catholic for football camp this summer!

Maria, Erwin, Andres Zumba is the best , need more Zumba classes from these instructors especially in the evenings.
