I like how easy it is to get an appointment and how calming the environment is. Kume is my go-to for regular upkeep massages. My only critique would be that the massages are sort of "one size fits all"--there's not a whole lot of communication upfront about where on the body the customer would like to have the therapist focus. That said, though, I've never had a bad massage at Kume!
Everything. Their tea is amazing. The service staff is friendly and welcoming. I brought my daughter for the first time and she had a great experience. I have been a member for years and they have a fantastic member program.

I think the rooms could use air filters though during Covid... or small fans at the very least
they are small with closed doors and it would create more safety and ease ideally with HEPA filters or small fans

Everyone at the front desk is remarkably kind and helpful - couldn't figure out how to tip them in addition to my massage therapist. Therapist was also friendly and easy to be comfortable with, in addition to doing very good work.
I enjoyed the whole experience from the front desk to tranquil environment and the best foot massage I ever had. I felt so relaxed when it was over. I will becoming a member and definitely coming back.

I had Paul during this visit and he literally did the whole 1 1/2 hour of massage. It was sooo amazing. The spa was Very clean and it wasn’t super busy which I love because i was a little nervous since I haven’t had massage in a year. Would totally go back again
