Jeff was great! Front room staff is always welcoming and accommodating. I’ve been a member for years. I have chronic pain and injuries and between Andy, Jeff and Tom, I can walk in the door in pain and walk out the door pain-free. The space is clean and elegant, and they sell lovely healing products.

Masseuse was very professional.
The atmosphere was inviting and warm. The therapists that saw my partner and I were very prompt in delivering service and checked in with us throughout the experience to make sure we were relaxed and enjoying it. They also offered us drinks afterwards and gave us instructions for care immediately following the massage. We will definitely be back! This was my first ever massage and I believe Kume knocked it out of the park!
