i was running late to my appointment and texted them to let them know. they were so gracious and still gave me the total ninety minutes of massage. the massage was so relaxing. i was especially grateful as most places have been hesitant to provide prenatal massages, and my feet have been so tired!

The reflexology on my feet was enjoyable and relaxing. The spa is near my apartment and it's nice that the treatments are offered at a discounted fee via Groupon.
I don’t remember my therapist name, but I just went on July 14 @4pm and she was great. She talked me through everything that was going on to make sure I was comfortable. And I appreciate that so much considering it was my first time getting that type of treatment. The front desk crew was also very welcoming and warm will be definitely be back soon. This was my second time visiting Kume and both times have been wonderful.
Owen used the right amount of pressure for my massage and was careful yet attentive in my injured areas

The facility is spotless and has a serene ambiance. The staff is great! The massage therapists know their craft well and the front desk folks are easy to talk to. There was an issue with the voucher I used from Groupon and they handled everything with the utmost professionalism. I will definitely come back again.
