I've tried cryotherapy twice and it was a wonderful and exhilarating experience. I've recently tried their float tank, which I have been wanting to try for years! it was the perfect escape from the external noise, but also just a soothing and relaxing experience for my body. I felt the salt working its magic on my injuries. 11/10 for this Spa!! I am definitely going to go back and try their fitness pod, and the hair and scalp therapy. So many good services in just one place. How can you not love it?

The service is fantastic, it is a calm environment and Tina is the best masseuse I have ever had! I have been going to Kume for many, many years and Tina has consistently always provided an amazing, strong, calming massage. She is the best!

Polite and clean and the Korean body scrub was great. Not as ‘harsh’ as I would have liked or have experienced at other maybe more Korean places but was still amazing. They are maybe trying to accommodate people unaccustomed to traditional scrubs ? I would recommend maybe asking clients if they want a more traditional harder scrub or more gentle… just a thought but over all great. Wish there were tubs to hang out in pre or post though but maybe in the future ?
My service from Jeff was great, he was responsive, the reflexology and massage. He took extra care of my shoulders and neck as requested.

All of the staff are warm and welcoming. It had been a while since my husband and I got massages so we were really looking forward to our spa day. It was also for my birthday and for those who know, its hard to arrange a babysitter now that we are parents! We were so happy and relaxed after our 90 minute couples massage. Our therapists were professional and had caring auras. Would highly recommend asking for Larissa and Susan! We are definitely going to do this for every birthday/special occasion/parent getaway.
